How do I Track my Order Status?

-Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email containing order details and tracking number. 

Where are you located?

-Our fulfillment center is located in California. This allows us to ship to most places around the world.

How Long Will Shipping Take?

-Due to high demand and the number of orders we are getting, you can expect delivery within 2 - 4 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays). 
Please allow 2 - 3 days for order processing and packaging.

What is Your Refund Policy

-We do not accept returns unless we have made a fault (such as a wrong item). If that is the case, inform us within 48 hours of receiving the item and we will provide you a refund or ship you a new item.

 Will Items be Restocked?

-Yes! Items will be restocked depending on availability, usually within a week.

Can I Modify/Cancel an Order?

-You will have 24 hours to modify/cancel an order after it has been placed.
